Extended Care

Extended Care is offered to the families of St. John Vianney Regional School and Preschool. The extended care program provides the security of enrolling your child (grades Pre-K through 8) in a unique program designed for before and after school care.



Hours of Operation​

Mornings, 7:00 to 8:00am (before school) and after school from 3:00 to 5:30pm.

Two separate rooms make it comfortable for children of all ages. One room is for Pre-K to 2nd Grade, the other room accommodates 3rd to 8th Graders. Extended Care provides a drink of juice or water. We also oversee a separate supervised homework room for students to do their written homework or studying. Parents are responsible for a snack, if they wish to send one.



In the event of early dismissal due to weather, Extended Care will close 2 hours after official school closing. On late start mornings, Extended Care will not operate. On any day that school is closed, Extended Care will not open. Service concludes in early June. Please refer to the Extended Care Application for fee structure. Cost

$10.00 Registration fee required (Checks Payable to St. Catharine of Siena)

Billing is done in 1/2 hour increments.

The 2013-2014 rates are $2.75 1/2 hour and $5.45 an hour.
There is an extra $1.00 per minute charge after 5:35pm.

Extended Care fees are not included in base tuition.
