Admissions

Our goal is to make choosing St. John Vianney Regional School the very best decision for your child’s education. We know that your child’s academic success depends greatly on being in a school that matches your faith and educational philosophy, understands your goals for your child, and is willing to work with you as a partner in your child’s education.

The SJV Administration will be happy to meet with you to answer all your questions. St. John Vianney Regional School does not discriminate in admission and accepts students who are deemed academically qualified regardless of race, religion, or ethnic background.

For Families New to SJV:

The admissions process generally includes: a meet-and-greet with the Advancement Director, 30-minute tour of the campus, completion of registration form with payment, teacher administered screening of child, parent follow-up meeting with Principal for potential placement based on testing results. Upon acceptance, our Advancement Director and Financial Secretary can assist pre-qualified families with financial aid opportunities.

For Current SJV families:
Admission for the next school year is based on a signed re-registration form and payment starting during Parent/Teacher Conferences in November. Only those families who are current with their financial obligations will be permitted to re-register for the following year.

SJV offers a "rolling enrollment" which means that students may join at any point during the school year. We welcome and encourage parents to visit St. John Vianney Regional School. Prospective students may shadow an SJV student and participate in classroom activities during the school day.

Please call 610-435-8981 to schedule visitation appointments.

“We have been doing a lot of handwringing about education choices and we have a tremendous sense of relief to know your lovely school is right up the street. We know our daughter feels like she could transition there easily!”
